Love this and want more goodies, check out The Lil Black Witch podcast. Praxie and I dive into spirituality from our perspective as women of color. We wanted to open the dialogue to become more inclusive. So, we decided to show others that Black people exist in this space as well. The conversation has largely excluded people of color, especially as it pertains to wellness and therapy.

As a coach specializing in wellness, shadow work, and self-care, I think it’s important to include everyone who wants better for themselves. Anyone who is looking to be better should have that opportunity and there are times we could all use a little help. If you are someone you know who seems like they are struggling, encourage them to seek help. Whether it be from a coach like myself or a clinical therapist. It’s time we all began to prioritize our mental health.
